What is your turn around time?
Our current TAT is 7-10 business days for uploaded items. Pre-order bows have a 7-10 day TAT from the time that all supplies are received by me.
Business Policies
Custom Order Policy
All custom orders are made specifically for you and require attention to detail and time to create. Because of this, all custom orders must be approved before production begins.
A clear description of your request is required, including colors, materials, and any inspiration photos. (message me on facebook)
Once your custom order is confirmed, payment must be made in full before production starts.
Turnaround time for custom orders is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on order volume and ribbon availability. This time frame will change if ribbon or other materials have to be ordered.
Changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed, especially if materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If a cancellation is approved after 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued to cover materials and time already spent.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following policies in place:
All sales are final on custom and personalized items.
Non-custom items may be eligible for exchange if requested within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Lost & Damaged Package Policy
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once I have received the order, the 7-10 business day turnaround time begins.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
